You may soon be able to take a high altitude balloon trip into the stratosphere after World View Enterprises got approval lately to spend $15 million to build Spaceport Tucson, the company’s headquarters. Their plan is to fly tourists to the edge of space in a helium-filled balloon fixed to a pressurized capsule that would come with Wi-Fi and a bar on board.
